iPad Settings

I recently purchased the SwirlyMessage for iPad based upon my experience with my jailbroken iphones (3g, 3GS and iPhone4 via T-mobile). However I have been unable to get the SwirlyMessage to work on my jailbroken iPad (though I have tried activating with every setting made available). I have read through this forum, other forums and searched the internet. I finally ran across an internet article which indicated that the sim cards in the iPad do not have the capability to do sms or mms messaging. I called AT&T and was advised that the data plan associated with the iPads do not allow for this....

Can you advise me as to how to activate my SwirlyMessage.... Being frustrated at this point is an understatement...
