MMs problem- T mobile UK

can anyone help me with a problem I have1

I use swirly MMs 2 on my i phone and my Carrier is T-Mobile UK. When I try to send an MMS I get the message
"failed to send MMS unexpected http response (HTTP1.1.500 Internal Server Error)"

Can anyone help me resolve this problem
