"Receive MMS" consists of two parts. The first part is: receiving a notification that you have an MMS. For this to work, you don't have to do anything special at all, like running the SwirlyMMS application, it all happens under-the-hood.
The second part is: fetching the MMS. To do this, you must actively run the SwirlyMMS application and press the Fetch button. For this to work, the "m" must have turned green.
