Cannot send SMS

I correctly installed the softare whitout problems.
Now I can to receive SMS but I cannot send it!!
I use my iPad 3G with OS 4.2.1 and I've just tried the SIM into my Iphone 4 to assure me that the Sim work correctly!
Could someone help me?
