Purchases not recognized.

I am so frustrated. I can't get support for any app that i have purchased from Cydia.
Now adding you to list. I have purchased this app twice at least. It will not recognize. It turns off the regular text message ability to cause them to go to Swirly which doesn't work bec it does download purchased license.
Suggestions?
