Cydia ask for purchase again on swirlymessage 1.04

I purchase de package swirlymms v2 on my ipad 3g on may and wait the swirlymesage for ipad, then the ipad version came out 1.0 and install with no license issues, but they never work on my ipad so i go back to swirlymm v2 and wait for updates, after swilrymessage 1.04 came out I try to update but cydia ask for paid again, I write to saurik, no response yet, write to swirly support not response jet, so I decide to paid again and 1.04 is working perfect by now.

I just wonder if can i transfer my legal license of swirlymms v2 to my iPhone 3gs
