Can't activate SwirlyNet on my iPad

I'm having a problem with SwirlyNet activation on SwirlyMessage. Everytime I insert my phone number (i'm using 3 ITALY), I receive an sms on my phone, but then it doesn't activate SwirlyNer. I always wait more than 15 minutes but I can see only: You have a pending SwirlyNet activation request. Normally this only takes a few seconds......
I've already spent about $3 sending me activation messages. What can I do now?
