When is an SMS sent and when an MMS ?

Hi all. Both SwirlyMMSv2 and SwirlyMessage can send & receive SMS, MMS and SwirlyNet messages. Here are the rules used to decide how to send a message:

1) If SwirlyNet is activated AND if ALL receivers have SwirlyNet activated then the message will be sent via SwirlyNet (this is independent of the content of the message).

2) If the message is text-only, contains less than 500 bytes and with 1 or 2 recipients then the message will be sent as an SMS.

3) otherwise the message will be sent as an MMS. This means that text-only messages may be sent as MMS if there are more than 2 recipients or if the message size is > 500 bytes.
