cannot receive MMS

Hello,
Swirly has worked perfectly since I bought it until a few months ago. I can send MMS no problem but I can't receive them. When I open Swirly a message pops up stating that it had to turn MMS off on my phone in order to work. Then when I go in my inbox it just pends until it does the "Fetch Error: Requested MMS not found by the MMSC. MMS probably out-dated" when it was just received a minute proir.

I have T-Mobile and an iPhone version 3.0. It's totally frustrating that I paid $12 and I can't even get my MMS but I can send. I've 'd for HOURS trying to find the answer. Please help! I haven't changed the settings since day 1 when it worked. Is it something to do with 3.0?
