Swirly worked on 3.0 now on 3.1 it does't.

Hi. I'm with Fido in Canada and I do not have a data plan. To send mms I need a data plan. So this is why it is not working ing the sms app. However, my friend told me it worked with swirly so I gave it a go. I was on 3.0 and it was working perfectly. Now that I've updated to 3.1 it stopped working. I have the same setting has before but it always tell me cannot connect to proxy. I can succefully send mms with my sim in another phone but not an iPhone above 3.0 Any advice? By the way, I use a 3Gs. Thanks for your help.
