SwirlyMMS v 1.0.1 released

This release does not provide any new functionality at all. It contains two things:
1) We have in this version tried to force people to first get the demo license (and use is) before buying.

2) We have made some small changes in the http headers to prevent caching in the network when fetching both demo and full licenses. This may solve the problem that some people have regarding downloading licenses.

So for you that already have a functional v1.0 dont bother to uprgade to 1.0.1
