SwirlyMMS 2.1.9 is out (and it runs on 3.1)

SwirlyMMS 2.1.9 has been released with the following release notes:
- Runs on iPhoneOS3.1, 3.0, 2.2, 2.1, 2.0
- Corrected an issue when an MMS contained multiple voice or video parts. In such a situation only one of the parts were played.
- When a JB for 3GS on 3.1 comes: hopefully video will then be more compressed to allow for sending over MMS
