2.x Release Updates

Postby spyder2005 on 31 Aug 2008, 20:27

I think it would help a lot if you guys would provide updates on the 2.x development.

First, your customers get the feeling that there money is well invested and probably donate more and secondly people who already bought the license and upgraded dont get the feeling that their 8 bucks were wasted (thats how i feel right now). I would like to believe that the Swirly Team wants to contribute to the iPhone community while covering its expenses and time with a small price tag on the App (which is justifiable) and NOT just pocket it. Fact is 1.1.4 is completely outdated. MMS only works on that.

It would be in your self interest to get it done cause most people have 2.x Versions. You could expand your market reach immensely by doing so.
If its that difficult to adapt, seek some help. There is no shame in requesting help. Your Application is one of the most sought after Applications out there. Demand is high. While your still ahead of the game i would recommend staying on the ball, cause i can guarantee you that once somebody else gets an MMS App out there that works on 2.0, Swirly will be forgotten in no time. I would prefer sticking with you guys. You have done a great job with the App so far, but over 3 months of waiting makes me want to lose my loyalty ...

So Please provide us with updates on the App development.

Maybe you're not reading the corrects posts. They've answered a handful of times on the progress and posted on the news forums.
