swirlyCALL for iPad 3G

i use iPad 3G and dying to see swirlyCALL for iPad 3G to make native phone calls through sim card we use.
is it possible to port iPhone phone app to iPad 3G to make calls ? i am ready to pay even 40-50 $ to have this feature on my iPad.
