I bought a used iPhone 2G to replace one I broke the glass on. It was easy to transfer everything over, including all previously purchased applications... _except_ SwirlyMMS. Its license is tied to the device, not the user. I haven't really used it much either, but wanted to support an excellent application, that is now lost. I have no intention of purchasing it again. Licenses should really be tied to the user, not the hardware.
