hi i have installed these settings and everytime i ring o2 they say that they can detect which phone my sim card is in!! they say it will work in my nokia but not in my iphone! is this true???

i spent forever arguing with the o2 operatives but i went through to a different department ie bills and they put it on for me straight away..........just waiting to see if it works now!!!!

well they wont really check what sim your phone is using - but the iPhone is sort of true becuase if you iPhone i not jail broken then you cant use MMS as its not supported.

also here is a little tip when you input the Proxy address go back in and make sure you can see the port settings
