Help with Settings

Hello,

Just downloaded SwirlyMMS. I live in Jordan, and on Zain network.
I called up zain and they gave me the following details:
Proxy: 192.168.055.010
Proxy Port: 80
APN: mms
Username: mms
Password: mms

But I do not have the MMSC. What could it be? What should I do? Also, what should I do with the port? Should I write the proxy as 192.168.055.010:80?
