No sound in MMS message

I was able to get at&t to lift the ban on mms for my iPhone but the received mms messages that have sound attached to them don't work. Anybody have a fix for this? iPhone 3G. Thanks

Hey just curious, how did u get AT&T to lift the ban?? Ive tried everything n i cant seem to get anyone from AT&T who will help me wit it.

I have the unlimited mms and SMS mesageing plan. I found out that just because you have an iPhone this gets deactivated. I wasn't gonna stand for that. It took me 45 min and had to bring up snooper but it got resolved or else I was gonna start calling corporate offices in Texas. They have no right to do that when you pay for it you should get regardless if you phone is capable or not.

Hey i totally agree wit u 100%, and i also have the unlimited sms n mms plan, wat did u say to the person u talked to so they would activate it for u?? N did they go thro snooper for u or did u do that on ur own?? Thanks for the help.

I talked to the people for about 40 min so to have a conversation about it in here would take forever. I did bring up snooper. He still told me he couldn't do any thing but he would try and call me back. He never called back but it's working.

damn i guess u just lucked out then lol, bc i was on the phone for about 40 mins wit several reps n then the manager said no can do n hung up lol, but i guess ill just keep callin till someone does it for me, should i talk to a rep or tech support for this??

I did tell them that I was gonna use another phone for the mms in the evening but didn't back down on them deactivating something I am paying for.
