Go into SwirlyMMS, and select settings to enter the following for your carrier.
Once you have entered and saved these details, close SwirlyMMS and fully reboot your iPhone.

Vodafone Australia

And where it has "Choose your phone, smartphone or handheld computer", select Sony Ericsson K750i as the phone type.
(Make sure you have SwirlyMMS open when your waiting for the settings to arrive.)

It will ask you if you want to install, Press Yes and then Send away.

Telstra Australia

APN: telstra.mms OR telstra.internet (depending on your 3G signal)

1. Phone Make - Nokia

4. Enter your Mobile Number and wait for the setting to be sent as an sms to your iPhone.
(Make sure you have SwirlyMMS open when your waiting for the settings to arrive.)

It will ask you if you want to install, Press Yes and then Send away.

I've got SwirlyMMS working on an iPhone 3G with Optus in Australia.

On occassion it fails to retrieve the message but i just try again and it works. No big deal.
