The settings are for those with StarHub service provider. I have tried it and it works on Swirly MMS 1.1.1, iPhone Firmware 1.1.4:

Swirlymms settings:
MMSC: http://mms.starhubgee.com.sg:8002/
Proxy: 010.012.001.080:80
APN: shmms
Username: (Blank)
Password: (BlanK)
Image Size: (I had selected "Medium")

Be sure to turn on your Edge as Swirly works on Edge...

iPhone Edge setting:
EDGE APN: shwapint or shwap
