MMS settings in Cairo, Egypt for Vodafone

I can not get these settings to work in the swirly app. they are as followed:
mmsc: http://mms.vodafone.com.eg/servlets/mms
Proxy: 163.121.178.2:8080
APN: mms.vodafone.com.eg
Username:mms
Password:mms
I have asked for the vodafone live feature to be turned on on my iphone, but still it keeps telling me:
mms can not be sent right now since GPRS/Edge is not avaiable.
Does anyone out there know something else I can try??
