All the solutions have to do with finding loop holes in ATT's cellular system. Some how you have to trick the system to give you the iphone plan without disabling MMS.

I predict this won't be solved until the next iphone is released. MMS will be one of the new features touted by Steve Jobs up on stage just like a 'flush headphone' jack was. It was embarrassing when that was celebrated feature and will be again when they announce MMS support.

It does appear that IF you are on a single AT&T Plan MediaNET Pay Per Use & MediaNET Unlimited cannot both be added to your account.

The reason why Pay Per Use was able to be added to those with a Family Plan (with an iPhone in the plan) is due to AT&T automatically including Pay Per Use on all non-iPhone plans (see link)
Purchasing

Q. What pricing options are available for MEdia Net?
A. You can keep the pay as you go option that comes standard on most AT&T phones ($0.01 per KB), or for the best value, sign up for a money saving Unlimited MEdia Net plan.

I'm currently on the phone with an AT&T rep and he's been more then patient with me trying all kinds of things however these two plans cannot be added to individual accounts (non-Family Plan). Bummer!!

If anybody has better luck WITH INDIVIDUAL PLANS please post. We have already verified that this works on the Family Plans, now we just need a loophole for the individual plans.

Thankfully I've finally gotten the email MMS option working. The only provider I have been able to send MMS msgs too has been on sprint using the [email protected]. All other providers email addresses haven't worked for me.

The more people to sign the petition the better our chances become!
