Optus (Australia)

These Optus settings are working on the new version of Swirly MMS;

Here are the settings for OPTUS MMS:

Insert these in the MMS App. settings:
MMSC: mmsc.optus.com.au:8002/
Proxy: 61.88.190.10:8070/

APN: MMS

If you call Optus in Australia they will tell you they have no settings because the iphone does not have MMS built into it.

I can't get these settings to work on my iphone2

Can someone suggest an alternative?

I'm using the demo of swirlymms1.1.4

Running 2.02 on Jailbroken 3G.

Downloaded New version for firmware 2.x today via Cydia and added settings as above.

Works fine so far - sent an MMS to myself. I will test to see how it functions with some of my other contacts today.

Note: I had an old Nokia and data plan with Optus that included an MMS service which I presume is still active despite buying an iPhone.
