[EDIT] - Above settings let me send MMS from my self to my self. Image is a little broken.
But if i try to send ex. to telenor, the reciever gets a broken file. ?!?!

These settings work for me.
NetCoM.

MMSC: mm
Proxy 212.169.66.4:8080
APN:mms.netcom.no

No need for username or password as long as you have Netcom as your provider.

Image size: High.

Works both sending and receiving!

Not sure wether these settings work if you use another carrier using Netcom's Network....
