Swirly on AT&T with iphone 2.X????

I have been using Swirly MMS on my 1.4 iphone for months. (faked the IMEI to a RAZR) and used a RAZR MMS settings. However, I am longing for being able to use the itunes store for apps and need to upgrade to 2.X. How can I fake the IMEI number in the 2.X version? Ziphone is dead.....
