For your information, the MMS service is NOT ACTIVATED by default for Iphone's contract for Orange CH !
You need first to call Orange CH helpdesk and ask for an activation of the service.
Since MMS is not officially supported for the Iphone, you can tell you are using another phone (Nokia 7200) as backup phone, correctly configured for MMS and... just ask the person to check the services status...
Tadaaaa... MMS is not active !
The helpdesk can fix that within a minute (and, for me, the service has been available after 5 minutes)
Now, double-check your configuration to match below and you're done for the Green M.

Note: The proxy entry is correct (002) !
I tested with DEMO account and working fine.
The MMS has been sent (test made with text only).
Test with full license will be done in 10 days
