O2 Iphone contract UK 100% working (Read on!)

Hi, I know how frustrating it so - I called 02 for you !.

dialed 2302 on iphone
the option 2 , 5 , 2 and spoke to Gillian West in Glasgow Iphone team

She confirmed my sim card was set up for use in another phone (as I know)
I told her that I had a buddy who was having problems and wanted his SIM card set up the same.
She was happy to help - very nice lady - and would have done it for me if I had your number and password there and then !.
She gave her email : [email protected] Now please all dont abuse this really helpful lady with a shower of emails - but maybe as a last resort ?
Remember I did manage with two calls, though I appreciate 7 is persistant !! She was ever so nice and helpful, and I wouldnt want her to regret the giving of her email addy.

EDIT** Just as i posted this the lovely gillian phoned me and activated mms for me, just goes to show that there are far too many jobsworth people working there that are unwilling to help, and a handfull of legends that are willing.

Once 02 have made the changes it can take upto 24 hours to take effect - so hang on in there for a day now !

Ok I'm getting mixed success so far, I sent a pic from my other phone to my iPhone and I received it just fine, I then used the forward function and sent it back to my other phone and it sent. But that's where the success stops. I am unable to send new or existing pics when starting a new msg. And still no green m

I too am on an unlimited text iPhone contract and am unsure of the exact costs incurred... Anyone got any info?

Also, what other cool stuff are people doing with their iPhone .. Maybe pm me to chew the fat?

Ok since our last chat I have found the following;

Even with an unlimited txt plan, your balance remains at 500 txt, but obviously never changes.

I noticed that after sending 3 pics, my 500 txt went down to 488 so in effect we have 125 free mms per month and still unlimited txt.
