Here goes the different settings for MMSC, Proxy and APN that have been proven usable.

t-mobile germany

MMSC: http://mms.t-mobile.de/servlets/mms
Proxy: 172.28.23.131:8008
APN: mms.t-d1.de
Username: t-mobile
Passwort: tm

did you save the settings? What user agent are u using? what size do you have the pictures at? Take the picture off of maximum.

HI, I have the same settings as jbreakfield but tthe "m" is still gray and I can see that I have 3 pics, but when I try to see them it tells me that "the M has to be green before I can send or receive messages" Help.

Try restarting your phone. If that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall Swirly. Make sure your 3g is off.

Thank you, it is working fine now. Though there are 2 messages that when fetching bring up the following:
"Fetch Error: The network reported: message not founnd (pe)"

My setting are:
MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxy: 216.155.165.050:8080
APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username: (blank)
Passwort: (blank)

Image size: medium
Agent: SE_W800i

I think those two messages might have been too long, and therefore removed, at your carriers server.
