Rainman> Thank you so much for your help. I am half way there.

After using your settings with the suggested 0 in front of 50 in the proxy I am now able to receive messages!!

Unfortunately, wap.voicestream.com is still not working for me so for the APN I am using epc.tmobile.com

as a result I am not able to send pics, but I can just send thru my email. Important thing is to receive.

Thanks again Rainman

Hope this helps someone else with the same problem

How big of a file are you trying to send? Also change the image size to medium or low. Also since tmobile doesn't support the Iphone, pick any other phone in the user agent.

I am still having this same issue...

Firmware just upgraded to 2.2, SwirlyMMS 1.2.10, T-Mobile, unlocked/jailbroken w/QuickPwn

I can receive MMS, but can't send them.

Current settings:
MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxy: 216.155.165.050:8080
APN: epc.tmobile.com

Image size: Medium
UserAgent: SE_W800i

I've tried other user agents, still nothing.

Did you try wap.voicestream.com? also after changing your settings, you must reboot your iphone. Do you have the txt plan from tmobile? What is your apn set at under settings>general>network in your iphone settings menu? not the swirly settings.

Yes, tried wap.voicestream.com before trying the current setting. I'll try changing the settings once more then rebooting to make sure that everything is re-set.
I do have the texting plan from T-Mobile; SwirlyMMS was working perfectly when my firmware was 1.1.4... I just upgraded, and started having this send issue.
My apn under settings>general>network is epc.tmobile.com; after I upgraded to 2.2, my Edge wouldn't work with the wap.voicestream.com, but works great with this setting.

Ok, got this combination to work... I think I had the Image size set too large when I tried this APN the first time:

Current settings:
MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxy: 216.155.165.050:8080
APN: wap.voicestream.com

Image size: Medium
UserAgent: SE_W800i

Thanks for the help!!
