I never got SwirlyMMS to activate ever. I had it on my 2G iphone with the demo licence and it never activated, then later when I got the 3G iphone I tried it again and still didnt activate the demo licence and now they removed the demo forcing everyone to buy it and again it still refuses to activate.
Isn't buying the licence enough? I want to use my carriers service for SMS and MMS so there is no need for me to activate it on swirlynet as thats not the service I will be using.

Is there a way to bypass the activation? Thats the only hurdle I have to hopefully have this working.

Any news from the Swirly folks on the iPad version?
How about other alternatives, do you know any? :?
Thank you for your kind and quick response.

I saw a video the Swirly folks have in their NEWS section of the site, dating back to May 16th 2010, where they demonstrate the Swirly MMS works from the iPad. Any comments on that? Why are we still waiting for an "iPad version" in August if this is true?
Kindly,
DowCo

Whats happening with the ipad version lads......... as you can see from this thread, we are waiting with baited breath for it, but no one seems to be interested enough to answer us about its progress ......... it was just awaiting "cosmetic touches" and that was 3 weeks ago......... come on, are you just flanneling us..........?

it is released as of yesterday and is now version 1.0.1 :)

if you have previously installed swirlymmsv2 make sure you uninstall it AND that you do like this: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2300

otherwise just go for it. the name is "SwirlyMessage for iPad 3G" in Cydia.

Cool, but not so cool
I have installed it and its activated, but I cannot send anything....... sure I can make an MMS up on screen, but it just will not send ......
I have checked all my settings and its activated fine ...... so what could be the problem?
