App store suggestion

if the problem of getting this app in the app store is to do with recieving the mms because of push then why cant you put forward an app that just sends a mms?
that way you can let far more people have access to mms and we dont need to jailbreak just to send pics

Theres an app in the App Store that downloads the pictures when its opened.
I don't see why when Push notifications(if ever) come the networks servers or SwirlyMMS servers can't just push the MMS?
