AT&T, Yea...This may be what we NEEDED for it to work..

Here goes the different settings for MMSC, Proxy and APN that have been proven usable.

Also how is anybody getting them to turn on the MMS if we dont have 2nd lines or other phones on record?

I have attempted to do all of the above today, I had them enable WAP push on both screens, enable MMS and used the settings
MMSC:http://mmsc.cingular.com
Proxy:wireless.cingular.com:80
Nothing in APN, Username, or Password
with image size as maximum
and user agent as iPhone, Nokia_N95, Nokia_N72 and Samsung_BJ2(AT&T)


alll with no luck
any ideas?


Does your swirly mms have anything coming to the inbox?

unfortunately not, it did during the trial and didn't even ask AT&T for the WAP Push and the MMS to be turned on til today, although i couldn't access them, atleast they went to inbox. now they won't, just go through txt

they need to update your mms on snooper cuz if your gettin the message in sms you need to make sure they turned on mms. and WAP PUSH. they may tell you that its on but its not. Tell em update the snooper for your mms.

I'm on the phone with AT&T now and they said the MMS was enabled but they saw that WAP PUSH was not enabled so they are calling to Tech support to get it enabled. I'm on hold now so i'll message with what happens. Thanks in advance!

so I got wap push enabled, and told them I use another handset with my sim and that I need to MMS on that...

They enabled MMS on my account and I now get a notification in SwirlyMMS that I have a message...great so far...

Only thing is i cant download or send..gives me a forbidden error still..using the exact settings here.

Tell them you dont want to recieve the link to the message to the iphone. And you guys gottta get people who know what they are doing. Cuz to me sounds like your calling AT&T and getting the idiots. I have ppl who work there so trust me i kno there are ppl there who dont know what they are doing.

I am not getting the link. I am getting a new MSG notification in swirly. I just can't send or download
